I am a former Vice President at Citi Markets and Banking, formerly known as Citigroup, where I was an Institutional multi-asset class Structured Bond Saleswoman. In this role, my mandate was to help build a sales distribution channel for the products that I sold by identifying new clients, by providing market color and by providing timely execution of structured bond and derivatives trades.
I had been with the firm for 7 years and have had various roles within the organization. Shortly after matriculation from Hampton University located in Hampton Virginia, I was recruited to join Salomon Smith Barney in the capacity of Registered Client Services' Associate. This was a demanding grass-roots role that taught me the execution, as well as, the operational side of the financial services business. Within 5 years at the firm, I successfully identified and launched a multi million-dollar business off of my previous sales desk, earned a promotion into the Citigroup Sales and Trading Associate Program and the title of Vice President. On July 22, 2007, I was recognized for my accomplishments, thus far, and was proud to be presented with a Congressional Proclamation during a celebration that was co-chaired by Senator Chuck Shcumer and Congressman Charlie Rangel. |
